I need videotapes of last two shows.

Hey. Does anyone in the Bay Area have the last two episodes on videotape? I missed both of them (8/12 & 8/19)because I was out getting drunk and now I deeply regret it. Put yourself in my shoes - imagine how upset you would be if you missed the last two episodes. If you can get me a copy of one or both of these episodes you will recieve a whole truckload of good Karma. Thanks.

NBC aired some sort of galactica remake, seeemed cool, but a little soap opera like.

Anyone know of anyone who is recording the eps. off of England's Sky One satellite TV, who can get me DVDs/VCDs/Windows Media/Real Media copies?

From all reports I've heard, it's more intense than the 4-hour pilot...

So, anyone else seen the sci-fi channel's reimagining of Our Show? And what was your impression?

Me personally -

I wanted to hate it. I SOOOOO wanted to hate it.

I wanted to hate it so much, I found myself getting involved in it.

Though Starbuck as a female initially made me a bit wary, I thought Katie did a good job in the role. Though Boomer as both female and a junior pilot unnerved me, and no one can play Adama quite like Lorne Green (rest in peace, old friend) nor Apollo like Richard Hatch, I was impressed with how the new actors approached their roles.

The special effects I thought were the best a made-for-tv movie could produce. I REALLY enjoyed the way they made it look as if it was all really taking place, with a spacesuited-cameraman-filming-a-documentary style and Star Wars-esque grace.

That's me. How 'bout you?

We love the conflict of the lost tribes, etc in our corner of space time. My long range temporal scanners have some images in their caches I thought you might enjoy. I took the liberty of adding them to your collection.

That box with the cylon on it looks really great. I know that all this release stuff in prep for the new show but I appreciate it anyway. I wonder what extras there'll be?
